My father-in-law and brother-in-law both work in tile and the always seal all floor grout and any wall grout near water sources (kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, etc.) Sealing now is a hell of a lot less of a PITA than having to clean it or replace it in a couple of months after you spill a big ass pan of bacon grease all over your kitchen floor....ask me how I know.
