SCT X4 as gauges?

Since I own one and don't want to buy an interceptor or Ngauge, I'd like any insight to using my x4 with a suction cup mount as a set of gauges....

I've heard the x4 doesn't have an on/off button so it would need to be unplugged every time?

And is it designed to be used daily to monitor things?

It is limited as to what you can monitor. But I use mine daily, just let it plugged in you OBD2 port. I monitor Measured Lambda

Does it read Air/ Fuel on the X4 I haven't tried one on my 11'?

Yes it will read AFR by default. You'll want the Measured AFR for 14.07 for both banks if you want standard AFR for pump gas. If you want Measured Lambda there are options for that as well.
