My buddy ordered a tune from Rick at Amazon and we are trying to load it. Rick explained it to him and we went home to load it. We have it saved on his computer but when yu go to plug the tuner up it says: Init Filesystem
and then it powers off...you cant do anything with it. My question is....did the guys he got his car tuned at last time somehow "lock" his tuner....or do you need to install the stock tune before you put the new custom tune on it..i dont see why you would just to download it to the tuner but i could be wrong. Rick is closed so we cant call to ask..lol Any help woould be much appreciated...THanks
