sct 3 not working

i just got my sct3 in the mail today and it wont even light up when i plug it in. i have a obd code reader and plugged that in to see if the plug might b messed up. but that worked. what could b my problem? could the tuner have gotten damaged during shipping? any help or information would b great. thanks

Sounds broken. Will it light up if you hook it to a PC with a USB cable?

it does work when hooked up to computor. this confuses me. could the computor in my car b messed up?:shrug:

That means it is not completely dead. Call SCT in the morning. Probably a problem with the OBD cable.
