Saturday night sunset Adirondacks of NY

After going out for ice cream Saturday night, my wife and I came home to this awesome sunset. I stopped at the end of the driveway to check the mail and snapped this with my iphone. I did darken it with a crappy free phone app to hide the driveway and grass. I thought the car really took on the skies colors with the lights on!

It's funny you posted this thread. I was about to start cooking dinner and looked outside the front door and saw this.



I had to walk outside and take a couple of pics.

Polaski is too far west. The Adirondack Park is a State Park and protected region from Lake George north to Clinton County, west to Old Forge, Star Lake, Cranberry Lake, etc. REAL Northern NY! We are just north of the park so zoning isnt an issue but we can still enjoy the hiking and drives.
