You might just want to let Circuit City or Best Buy do it for you. I had Circuit City install my XM and it was well worth the $50 or so my wife paid. :)

I have XM in my work car and it RULES! Runs off factory head unit, make sure you get the "FM Modulator" vs the "Tape Player Feed", you'll get much better (digital) quality sound.

You want this one http://www.radiosandmore.com/prod_detail.asp?pn=4047452 and the harness as well.

If you want factory satelite radio w/o any wires/cables and such, go with this one. It sounds far better than the FM Modulator. Email Ron at radio and more for a pdf of the install instructions. The receiver mounts on the trunk, you run the harness from the head unit back to the receiver, install the antenna and thats it. The hardest part is removing the back seat.
