There have been some negative comments concerning RPM Outlet. As recently as last month RPM's customers Relations, pricing, and shipping came under criticism. Maybe they paid attention to it and we will see much improvement in the future.

They have a formidable parts inventory, a very comprehensive web site and pricing is most competitive. They just need to polish up their customer support and do exactly what they say and don't play games with the shipping cost.

I've had no problems what so ever. Everything i bought showed up on time and the service was good. I would buy from them again.

I just got the Afco heat exchanger from RPM Outlet. I couldn't be happier with their service.

I live in Carrollton Tx, everytime I buy from George parts are here next day and correct. He even cuts the price a little because of the taxes I have to pay.
