That could be your modem as well. Especially the Arris SB6190.

I'm not at home right now, but I know my modem is an Arris. Does modem make a big difference?

I can throw a baseball and hit the local police station, and use a SB6190 with no issues at all with spectrum.

There is a known issue with the chip oscillation with several AP's conflicting with radio transmission in the 800Mhz range. I have run into the issue twice. Once in the area outside Atlanta's airport and once while installing WIFI in a jail.

In the later case the support folks for the jails two way systems confirmed the issue as it was shutting down their radios. Since the radios are licensed, they win and the WIFI has to be shut off.

You can find tech articles on the subjects, but it is normally EE's using lots of big technical jargon.

The fix is normally to apply new firmware.
