Reusing intercooler bolts?

pick up some stainless steel sockethead bolts with washers about the same length. Use blue loctite and torq to spec, which I think is 54 in-lb.

Do they HAVE to be grade 8?

I reused these bolts ..

the rtv will hold a house tight when dry..these bolts are just to hold it till rtv dries..

I use nail polish vs locktite..

Pretty sure there's a lot of terms being thrown around that don't match up. Things to remember when trying to source these, "Grade 8" is only for SEA bolts which these arent, SS uses A-# (usually 2). A Grade 8 is a bit stronger than a grade 10.9 metric but not as strong as a 12.9. Just food for thought, I got a box that'll do many cars for like $10 from Fastenal might as well be safe for the price.
