Based on what you have already seen, Breaking Bad for sure. Lots of other good shows mentioned too.

I just finished watching Mad Men. It was a little slow at first, but really came around. There are four seasons out so far, and the fifth is ready to air in late March.

"Dead Like me" Only lasted about three seasons. No longer on the air.

another good series was coupling. it is british humor but funny as hell. the last episode sucked so you can skip that one LOL!

And Wire, the first 3 seasons are available on Netflix. The 4th season, you'd have to download on torrents or usenet, or wait for the DVD release. Not sure if they show reruns though.
