Can anyone recommend a shop in the Nashville area or Tennessee to repair my rear-end on my 04 Cobra? This is the second time that it has went out and I need it fixed right and for good. I don't have the time or patience to do it myself.

Did you already ask this and no response? Unless two guys nuked their IRS.

Find Zemedici on here.

Believe he’s from the area.

What's has "went out"? Diff, shafts, ...? Application that is making it fail?

Sorry, follow up.
I ask as I had an 03. LOVED that car, 8# lower and other stuff, hang the ass out for ever if I wanted, was fun. BUT, would hop in cold temps.

Damn that sucks.

Well first things first you need to take a peak.

Are you getting a bunch of noise and clunking?

These cars are notorious for pissing out some fluid just for being filled to the proper level.

Happens when warm and it’s super hot now.

does it drive under it's own power and what kind of noise does it make? A leaking diff is a world of difference than granading the gears.
