re-sleeved teksid

My friend just bought a 99 cobra and the engine has around 3k.http://www.svtperformance.com/forums/cobras-buy-sell-244/688293-fs-1999-cobra-5-liter-big-bore.html I heard some people say you shouldn't re-sleeve a teksid. What are your guys opions?

Your friend just bought a bad ass car, that's my opinion. For increased cubic inches resleeving is the best way to go on the Teksid block.

There's nothing wrong with resleeving or installing big bore sleeves in a teksid or WAP block.

Alright sounds good guys. His car is pretty awsome now. It pulls on me pretty hard with him shitting at low 6k. I keep telling him he should pull to 7k but he is still getting used to the power and the clutch.
