Gf has said if they dont come out with the raptor ranger that I should get a bronco

I like the regular ranger, with a 2.7 I'd like it even more.

Though I had a 95 bronco, and would love to have another. Wonder what motor options the Bronco will get

I heard another rumor that we just aren't getting this ranger raptor. The other markets are getting this raptor as they've already had the ranger a few years. We will get our own in 2022 or something....

Ford's tanking right before our eyes.

Pretty soon we will all be talking about the blue oval like it's Pontiac.

No more domestic cars, Focus in China. We get the F150 Raptor, regular F150, the mustang, and an overpriced Ranger, and that's it.

Go home Ford, you're drunk.
The ranger is priced directly in line with the competitors. Its also(when optioned similarly) priced right in line with the last ranger adjusted for inflation.

While I get that, you can definitely buy a full size for the same price.

That wasn't always the case.

don't sweat it guys, there should be no surprise here. This is how Ford has conducted business for years and years now.

* new model gets released
* no performance model released so more people buy the "regular" models
* a year or 2 later, the performance model is released
* people are still buying said vehicle, and press is still talking about a vehicle that is now likely 3 or so years old.

Right or wrong, their theory is that holding back the performance model extends the life cycle of a vehicle platform. We'll get a Ranger Raptor in a year or 2.

You also couldn't get a ranger with these options.

People want leather, nav, heated seats and all that shit. That hugely raises the cost.
