Shot this doe at a hair over 200yds last night with my handloads...270win 130gr noslet partition, 57.5grs of powder. Appox 3100fps at the muzzle...that is the entrance wound...i could out my thumb in the hole. Bullet did not exit

Last of the Great Lakes Freighters (2 tiny lights under pine bow) headin' out of the Twin Ports on Lake Gitche Gumee. Thats WI in the distance.

Interesting Lambeau.........according to Google Earth the nearest land to the East of Twin harbors is still in MN and 32 miles away while line of sight to WI is 156 miles away.......both should be well below the horizon on a Globe Earth.........Hmmmmm??
BTW, I'd love to see all of the Great Lakes....so far I've only seen Lake Erie and Lake Michigan.......BEAUTIFUL...especially in the SUMMER!!

If you can find other cost savings, you might be able to cut that time in half.
