Just curious what everyone's running for tire pressure with the r888, I just picked up some r888r's and I'm just curious.

I use to run mine at 32psi, but was told by one of the guys at FTBR to lower them to 29-30 to prevent the dreaded wheel hop. So far so good only wheel hops when tires are cold.

I have been running my R888 for a few years now.
Size 305-35-18 and I run cold pressure at 26 psi. Had great tire wear and good traction at that pressure!

I have about 500 miles on my r888 315- 35 -17s. Most are highway miles to and fro work 25 miles away. I run a solid 30 psi, and they seem to do great.

26-28 psi, anything higher I get passenger side fender rubbing. I even have fenders rolled. I would only rub under hard acceleration.

So far so good, held second gear the full way through, usually I'm sideways and having to let out.

You will really like them after owning for a while.
I've really enjoyed the R888.
Too bad Toyo has not released the size in the R888R that I need.
I don't want a 30 sidewall and hoping they release a 305 or 315-35 option in 18" soon in the R888R.

Currently I have a set of the R888 on my terminator swapped Mach 1 and they do great.
On my 03 Cobra I run the 315-35-18 Toyo TQ radial and it is a monster! Hooks great, but I don't feel quite as confident with it in the rain as I do the R888.

Ya I didn't want a 30 series either, but I have a stupid 19 inch rim set up that basically forced me to. The real test for me will be when I brake boost 2nd gear and let it eat, if it holds during that I'll be impressed.
