R12 update?

Ok how do you know if you need the r12 update or if you have it already? Also is this the same update that Ford does for the reflash?
I just got my custom tune from RWTD but dont know if I still need this other flash?

You don't need r12. But if you want the following options then I would reccomend it..

added dual timing adjustment points (2000-4000 RPM / 4000-7000 RPM)
timing adjustment range increased (+10% / -40%)
added dual fuel adjustment points (2000-4000 RPM / 4000-7000 RPM)
