Question about brake cooling hose

Hey guys i have a question, i bought a kit for the front brakes but because my steering rack and splindes are modifidy for drifting my wheels turn much more than stock so every time you turn the wheels the hose was disconnecting from the plates also the hose was getting in the way of the wheels. So i had to leave like this

My question is?
Do you think like this ( without the hose been connected to the plate) it will cool the brakes or it wont help much?
I am thinking of going to the next homestead event , thanks in advance

I doubt you will get half the cooling affect.

I'm guessing it disconnects when you drift and use the full radius. Might as well just leave it there and put it where it suppose to be when you road race

I bought more hoses and will make it longer, i will try that first, thanks guys
