Hello everyone,
I'm fairly new to the forums, but found you guys while in pursuit of my next mustang (hopefully a termi). I have found one I am interested in but I am wondering if anyone can provide some insight into what "reported at auction as manufacturer vehicle" really means. So far I've been able to gather that it could be a few different things (damaged in transit, demo vehicle, show vehicle, employee vehicle, etc.). I am inclined to rule out damaged in transit as it had nearly 8,300 miles on it when it was reported as the manufacturer vehicle... Can anyone possibly provide more insight into what exactly this means? Should I steer clear of this car? The VIN in question is...(1FAFP48Y83F392689)
Thanks in advance,
John
