I just purchased an 03 cobra with a blown up engine and I just about have it back together. The car came with a ported eaton with a 3.1 pulley and the lower is a 9" pulley. I'm pretty sure this is over spinning the blower, but is it to the point that it'll cause a problem? Is this a common pulley combination and how much max boost will it produce. I'm guessing in the mid RPM range it'll be around 18psi and go down to around 13-14psi up top.

the 9" lower is a 6lb. pulley. That is a good setup for a ported blower. Probably around 16-17 psi. It really more depends on how open your exhaust is as to what psi you'll see. You could actually step the upper down to a 2.93 and be just right IMO.
