DTC:
P0148 - Fuel Delivery Error

Problem:
At least one bank lean at wide open throttle.

Causes:
Severely restricted fuel filter.
Severely restricted fuel supply line.

I saw T BAG had this problem with his car, and both of these cars are from Phoenix, AZ. I am wondering if this is a problem with the tunes???

IDK, but Im wondering if this has to do with a High RPM Studder my car has at times.

Any help guys?

haha, no, I know where that thing is, and I REALLY dont wanna do it. But, I guess at 58,000 miles it wouldn't hurt. It could be dirty. ALOT of dust out in AZ and CA.

Was just wondering if anyone else got that DTC and what they did to remedy it.

changed the fuel filter, It was fairly clogged. was pretty hard to blow thru. Much MUCH harder than the new one.

No code since then.

I havent checked for a code yet. but the bad studder is gone, but it will still studder lightly under WOT. I did get a code the other day about "at least on bank lean under full accel" or something along those lines. I think I may need a BAP....

Advice?

get it to a reputable tuner and have them do some logging. if they know what they are doing they should be able to figure it out.

Problem is, it will only do it in 3rd or 4th gear. under WOT. which, equates to 110mph+

I cant find a FRICKEN good tuner around here, and its bothering the crap out of me. I've been searching for a good tuner around here (pittsburgh even) and cant find one, and theres no one really near me that I can consult with.

I may have to put an aftermarket fuel pressure guage in.... would the FRPS be the culprit?
