Pro M and B cam question

As Lee said - bends before the MAF are a bad thing. Air flows at different speeds around the inside of the curve and the outside of the curve, and turbulance is an issue as well. This can confuse the MAF's readings. You won't necessarily get that idle everytime, but it does happen often with common "cold air intakes" out there.

If the MAF isn't calibrated for the injector size, bucking, stalling, surging, dying, detonation, pinging - all are symptoms that may or may not occur...

well i think my car has a cam (bought the car, i dont remember if he said it has one or not) and i get that idle all the time. The whole car moves with the idle, and i can feel the idle in the car(not just the car shaking). And stock cam is good to about 5k and mine pulls hard to the rev limiter. Also, there is a big power increase at about 26-2800 rpm, most noticable in 2nd gear.
