Thanks to @earico , it's 13 years later, and this thread is still providing value.

Hoping to be helpful, I have two things to offer:

1) I got my parts cut by an online laser cutting company - SendCutSend. The parts are saved in this shareable cart that anyone else can load. Minimum order is $29, but I suspect that's still cheaper than a local shop.

2) Because of their minimum order, I have one set of extra "aggressive" plates and two sets of extra "moderate" plates. If anyone needs a set, just send me an address. CONUS please.

Decided to use the aggressive plates on my pro 5.0 base, and unknown shifter handle. Much better, no more leaning forward to get to third. Big thanks to WMCEWAN for the plates! I have a set of mild plates I’ll ship out to anyone in the states who wants them. Highly recommend mod.
