So I have a set of TR6's to go into the L, but I was wondering what plug wires were popular with the Gen2 crowd? My knowledge of the plug wire game is zip. Thanks in advance.

If it's a Lightning with the 5.4 liter engine - there are no plug wires. These engines have individual "COP's" - coils on plugs.
Stay with the stockers. They have far less issues than most aftermarket COPs from what I've read.

I don't know what your plans are but you don't replace the coil packs with a spark plug change unless they are faulty.
Don't know how much they are but I wouldn't mess with them unless you plan on spending lots of $$$ for nothing???
These truck are known to have Coil Over Plug (COP) issues due to cracking from extended heat.
Part number is 3W7Z12029AA or Fords short code DG508.

I got Msd's...so much better quality then stock. looks good too.
There is no reason to change from the stock COP's, they work the best.
Start a thread with some pics and your impressions. I'd be interested in reading it.
