Predator logging?

I need to log the following parameters to my Predator:

RPM, STFT's> MAF counts, Spark Advance, Idle integrator, coolant temp, Battery voltage

Can I do that at once or do I have to do it in separate logging steps?

What does Idle integrator and STFT's> stand for in the Predator?

STFT=short term fuel trims,i believe you can do them all at once.I know you can w/the x-cal.
