My hick vacuum - lol. Comes in handy for car shows or when you're on the road.

Installed the color-matched Roush Quarter Side Scoops on my bucket a few weeks ago that I purchased from Shawn at Precision Paint. His paint quality is superb.

Super simple install (3M automotive tape) went on perfectly. Color match is excellent. Wished I had purchased them 3 years ago...

Also installed color-matched Heat Extractor Covers from MMD. Instead of venting out the top, they vent out the back. They also give the hood a cleaner look from the front.

Some colors are still on sale. Think I paid $125.

From what I can determine, the overall airflow exiting the engine bay does not change.

Again, super simple install. There's a couple of small pieces of 3M automotive tape, and you switch over some mounting brackets from the stock ones.
They went on perfectly. Color match is also excellent.

Brushed Stainless Steel Dead Pedal Plate, Made in USA by American Car Craft.
If you're ordering for '15-'22 Mustang and want it to match your stock pedals, be sure to order the "brushed" model, not polished.

Looks great, matches the pedals perfectly. American Car Craft includes the adhesion promoter wipe for the application with the pedal plate.

Standard schrader valve stem caps. Not a fan of the short, standard caps that show the metal portion of the valve stem.

These will fix that. For $6 you can get 10 extended length, good quality caps with the rubber o-ring inside. They're made in chyna. May even be made in the same factory as OEM caps. Only biden knows for sure.

Std vs extended. Didn't measure them, but look to be ~30% longer.

I've installed them on bikes, wheelbarrows, carts, anything with a shrader valve stem. They seal fine, no issues.

Replaced the A-pillar door jamb tape with a rubber plug from LMR.

Put a drop of lube (I used tire shine) on the rubber plug, it’ll push right in.
Pic of tape & plug:

Background:
A few owners of S550’s have identified wet carpet on the floor of their cars (both sides).
Turns out that prior to painting S550’s, Ford applied 1-1/2” diameter piece of tape over a 3/4” hole on the A-pillar door jamb. On some cars, that tape was either poorly placed and/or it became separated from the A-pillar, allowing water to enter the cabin.

I’m sure this sort of thing has gone on for years across many manufacturers, but holy hell that’s lazy.

I’d suggest $6 for $.10 worth of rubber is robbery, but whatever, everyone gets their piece.

Today, inventory is very expensive to maintain. FWIW, I was happy to purchase a plug that fit perfectly. I’m appreciative that businesses like LMR and Daniel Carpenter Restoration Parts are around.
