They claim that NASCAR, NHRA, SCCA, CART, Boat Racing, IROC plus more, use Polydyn TX7.

For everyday driving and the occasional gallop I personally don't think you need these additives. Use a quality oil and filter, and change them every 3 months or 3,000 miles and you should be fine. Do you use regular oil or synthetic? If you just have to have extra peace of mind or spend time at the track then maybe this additive is worth it. There are others of course. I'm not an expert in this area, so others might have a more convincing argument to use it in any Cobra.
