Please explain IAT1 IAT2???

YES I HAVE SEARCHED................ BUT STILL CONFUSED??

can you explain them for me????? Also, at what point does the computer pull timing if at all with the temps???? how would I know ??????????

Gonna do some data loging with preditor but don't know how to interperate results????


I think the 2.80 in this heat is killing my performance......gonna try the 2.93 this weekend......... what do you think??

AIT1 is before the throttle body and IAT2 is after the blower(part of MAP sensor if I remember correctly). Comparing the 2 will give you an idea of how much your blower is heating up the air and how well your intercooler and heat exchange are working.

I dont know the exact temps on when the car starts to pull timing, it could vary from tuner to tuner.

it's 150 by default but it can be changed in a tune.

My Predator says something like "inlet air temp" (IAT1) and "intake air temp" (IAT2). Just so you know what to look at.
