Here are a few shots of the 2015 Hurst Engineering Elite Series Mustang GT that we are giving away at the end of the year. This S550 has all 6 Hurst Elite Series components installed - Hurst Wheels, Hurst Exhaust, Hurst HP Springs, Hurst Floor Mats, Hurst Graphics, and of course the Hurst Competition/Plus Shifter. Our friends at Moroso, Anderson Composites, and TMI Interiors also contributed to the build. If you like what you see, visit www.Hurst-Shifters.com/enter and enter for your chance to take this car home.

I'm digging that Moroso hardware. Looks great.
How does that T-handle work on the shifter? Pull up with T-handle and shift ball to go into reverse?

Everything on that car looks great, except the hood/roof/trunk stripe. I'd say that's a slam dunk regardless!

Thanks bluebosss197. We went with the stripe to set the car apart visually. It's not painted, so whoever ends up taking it home can always just grab a heat gun and remove it.

Yeah, Moroso makes really nice stuff. The reverse lockout lever on our Competition/Plus shifter (Part # 3916037) works pretty much like you were thinking. You just pull up on the trigger and shift into reverse.

Thanks guys. We are pretty satisfied with the overall look and feel of the car. We'll have it parked in our booth at shows all year long, so hopefully some of you will have a chance to take a look at it in person. So far the feedback that we've received has been really positive. We'll have the car at the American Muscle Show Aug 12th in PA and we're trying to work out a way to get it to Mustang Week as well. Here's a link to the most recent version of our 2017 show schedule.

I checked the schedule and don't see the date of when it'll be in my garage :)

What is the difference between this car and the concept car that was sold at the auction in Florida?

Do you have a link to the car that you are referring to?

Our Hurst Elite Series Giveaway Mustang was used for the development of the Elite Series components for the S550 Mustang, and was built by our Engineering Team. If you are referring to the Hurst Performance convertible Mustang that was auctioned off at Barrett Jackson, that particular car was built by Hurst Performance Vehicles, which as an outfit is no longer in service.
