A few months back I sold my 04 TR Cobra, and last month my replacement finally arrived..
Its a 1968 Fastback Original Numbers matching 289 4 speed car. It was repainted just a few years ago and has zero rust. It was originally a California car and purchased by a guy from Delaware in 2000, he had it for the past 15 years and repainted it and kept it in great condition. The floors and quarters have are as solid as they can be and have never been replaced, it has all the original sheet metal.

In the near future I will be dropping a 351W based 427 Stroker into it and either a 4 link rear or an IRS. For all the purist's I will be keeping/crating the original motor and trans as well as all the original parts. Although it doesn't matter because I will be taking this car to the grave with me. Anyway on to the pictures.

As the owner of one old mustang to another, you're really, really, going to end up missing your Terminator lol.

Awesome!

I'd love to have a 65-68 Fastback in the driveway one day.

Nice score on finding a solid one.

I hate you! My dream car is a 1969 Fastback, but I'd take a '68 as well! Congrats and what are your plans?
