Peak power curve for each gear?

I'm heading to the strip this weekend with my 03 cobra. Does anyone know if there is an optimum rpm to reach for each gear (1,2&3), or is it 6000 for each. Just looking to optimize for best results.

i was able to get a better time and mph shifting at 5800rpms.

Shift just before 6K if you can and you'll probably see better times. 5800, as racebronco2 said, would be perfect.

got a dyno sheet for your car? that will tell you where to shift.
