I need the part number off the Throttle Cable Bracket that mounts on the upper intake... Its a black 2-3 inch bracket that you slide the Throttle cable through and allows for the tension to be applied.....
Please help me ASAP... I need to order this part and get it in by Friday...

Lemme buss' out my 99 Mustang shop manual here....
Part is listed as "Bracket" Part Number 9728
Attaching hardware is listed as "Bolt" (2 req) Part Number N605892

If the dealershit can't find these parts, they're located on pg 303-01C-6 Engine--4.6L (4V) Ford Workshop Manual, illustration of parts is on the previous page.

Just out of curiosity, where can I get one of those manuals?

. . . there ya go costin' me more money damn it! :mj: :lol1:

Easy Rex or you'll break the bank before you ever turn a lap on track.
  j/k
The cheapest way to go would be to get it on CD off ebay for $10-12. Then you can print off pages as you need them. I like having the manual, it's out in the garage or out at our shop, depends on where Im working at. I saw one go on ebay recently for $25, they normally go for around $75-100.

Here is where I got mine: http://www.helminc.com/helm/product...ype=N&mscsid=SMMPUU5KLWBH9KEFDPB1QKRUKLXW4NR3. I have an extra one. If you're interested PM me. As for the CD, a few months ago someone put up a link on this forum where you can download it for free, but I don't remember the site.

FWIW and IMHO, the CD isn't nearly as helpful or informative as the paper manual. I consider it a slightly "scaled down" version of what's in the paper manual.
