Got a blown head gasket and I leave for the Air Force in a month so I need to know what i need to do to protect my car. I figure it will be in storage for at least a year. Any suggestions.

Would it be better to drain all the gas out? I have less that 1/8 of a tank in there so it wouldnt' be hard to drain it. If I drained it would could rust develope in the bottom of the tank, or the seals in the fuel system dry out? Which is better, fill it up put stabil in there or run it dry?

Blown head gasket?

Drain coolant, turn her over a few times to make sure no coolant stays in the cylinder if any got in there.

Change OIL.
Stay-bil in full tank of gas.

Put it on jack stands.
