P1SC problems

I installed a P1SC kit on my friends mach 1. I uploaded a tune from Dez that was emailed to me to get the car drivable, problem is the car has a really choppy idle. I also noticed that the stock mach 1 maf sensor has a built in IAT sensor and the lightning 90mm mafs do not. I swapped the sensors which now the stock mach 1 sensor is in the housing and now the car wont idle. It just drops rpm and eventually stalls out. Also the car smells rich. I know we have to get the car to Dez but we have no access to a trailer right now but Mike is busy so talking to him to fix the problem gets a little difficult. Any suggestions on the problem?

The MAF itself needs to have it's values adjusted. If you put the stock MAF back in with it calibrated to stock settings then that is the reason why it won't idle. Would make sense because the MAF is now reading more air than stock so it's dumping fuel to compensate.
