Im Bored, and for the sake of the argument i used my own car ..... We've all seen this argument before (even on this site), just want to know what others think. more wheel vs more tire.... Bad Ass -vs- Ruined... Remember how easily changeable wheels are....

not these cars specifically but all

Have you ever driven a nissan altima with 22's? Well I wish I didn't either. I ****ing hate people who throw shitty/oversized wheels that completely drestroy the everyday driveability of the car. SOOOOOOO many times back in my valet years I parked shitty ****ing cars with retardedly big wheels that just cut the hell out of the fender. And if you think I tried to spare their wheels, you dead wrong!

Needless to say the first pic >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> second, unless you wanna ball out at da clubz

Whether you like it or not you should respect peoples property.

When I can't even make a proper turn without the wheels scraping the ever loving shit out of the fender, I didn't feel bad

3 piece forged aluminum wheels, not sure who would call those shitty....

In 2014, i put less than 800 miles on my car the whole year, so of everyday drive ability isnt a concern....

Lowered cars rub, doesnt necessarily only happen just with oversized wheels.... cutting is different story, if you're going to fo anything you have to make necessary mods and adjustments....

I just dont see how some people label a car "ruined"...

Looks like shit to me, I don't care how expensive the wheels are or who makes them, ugly is ugly. I would be embarrassed just sitting in the passenger seat with those wheels on.

it's stupid, and just wrecks the performance of your car.

Think about it, you bought a PERFORMANCE vehicle, and then throw heavy as shit wheels on it (rotational weight)..... wtf do you think that does to your performance? Instead of trying to whore out your car with gaudy wheels I would of spent the same and bought something that will add to performance. Not even being able to take a full turn without scraping would piss me off, and judging by the looks of your rims I'd say you scrape a ton.

I would of bought a charger or a SUV if you wanted to throw some huge ass rims on it for show, not a mustang.

just my .02 of course

An srt8 charger makes more power than a cobra...

So tell me more about how he put them on the charger and not the mustang because its a "performance" vehicle

feel free to point out where I said a SRT8 charger? Oh wait you did, but you pretty much made my point for me, thanks. What I was saying is that, if you are gonna throw performance killer wheels on a car, do it to a car that isn't geared towards performance, like a base charger like all of the cool cats who hang out of the clubs

Women look good in heels, most women say they dont feel that great, and cant run very fast in them.... they just like the way they look.... when they are they going to run track, they put on another pair of shoes....

I have 2 set of wheel.... one set is "normal" sized... i

Overall size difference isnt significant, so no i dont rub alot... when i do rub its the back, and not height related .....its a width issue because its lowered with 11.5"s... but fenders are rolled so it usually happens on big bumps with full tank and rear passenger...

And as a money spent for the wheels, it only equals a fraction of was spent elsewhere...

Like i said it for debate sake.... but true...

It's all a matter of taste or a lack there of. I think #1 looks like shit with those pepboys spray tinted tail lights. #2 looks like the next step for it would be 100 Grand candy bar logos on the doors, which some groups think is really cool.

I like the first pic, not a fan of the wheels on the second pic. The good thing about it is that it's my opinion and my personal taste which may or may not reflect others or even op.

OP I'm pretty sure you already knew what most people on this site would say. Donks are a cultural thing in the same way low riders are, and for like 99% of people on this site, donks aren't in our culture...

To be fair, I wouldn't like your car sitting on 14" daytons with whitewalls either.

The smaller wheels.
And as to width, they should never stick out farther than the inside of the lip at the top of the wheel well.

The larger wheels give a payday loan vibe. Not sure if that's what you were going for or not.
