5PSI and 450 rwhp is easily possible.

On a bone stock 98 cobra, still running IMRCs with 130k miles i made 460rwhp on 6psi through a GT42-76, and at that boost level its barely clipping the bottom of the efficiency map. (The very bottom of the map is 5psi) and the fat part of the map is around 24psi. sooooo depending on the turbo size thats easily possible

I drove it this weekend, and it runs goooood. It'll pull the wheels at launch and the power doesn't stop coming.
