So I checked the pulley and it is a 3.25. So with the 10 % over crank pulley, will this help up the boost , hence producing more power? I looked at a couple and most state the innovator west is the one to go with. Any recommendations on which one to go with? I was also reading that this puts more stress on the alternator, and water pump.

So I will address an error I made as I had the wrong diameter stock crank pulley.

All info is at a 6250 shift point.

A 3.25” pulley is spinning the blower 45000rpm on a stock crank. You have a lot of room to go.

Stepping up to an IW 10% will put that at 49500rpm.

Stepping up to the IW 10% and dropping to a 3.125” blower pulley will put you at 51500rpm. That puts you just under the max blower RPM.

I have not heard about issues with the Water Pump or Alternator going to IW.

I would go IW.

I plan on an IW 15% in an 8 rib setup.

Do you think a 10 % IW and having a 3.25 pulley will get me at the 500 mark? or am I going to have to drop to a 3.125 blower pulley as well?

I am making 415 rwhp and 410 tq @ 11psi

I’d say you would be around the 500 mark.

Do you have longtubes?

I’d say head work would go a long ways and some cams.

yes Its intercooled ... I believe it is a CX racing 3 core .

Swap out to a Treadstone unit. Guys have seen good gains in swapping from CX to Treadstone.

what is the difference between the two? should I change the just the intercooler? or does the piping need to get swapped as well?

Piping should be fine so jay the cooler. Treadstone will be less restrictive. For your goals a TR-1235 would work. You may pick up a lb just swapping intercooler.

I will be getting the IW 15 or 18% and I have a Treadstone TRV25.

Many guys here run the Treadstones on their Centri cars and many started with CX Racing.
