I have a 2018 Roush w/supercharger that has full synthetic from factory. Only 1000 miles, but a year old. I am going to get an oil change w/full syn to get rid of original oil. Everyone says 6000 miles or 6 months. Given this is not a daily driver, is it really necessary to change synthetic oil that often? I think the 6 month rule was for stander oil.
