Still rockin' ProStars. Would like to try something else, but other things need the money more...

Here's me trying to give the camera guy a close-up of the fronts for you...

quick q

i see a lot of you guys are running a slick out back with a radilal front runner skinnys.

i though you were suppsoed to run bias ply on both, or does it matter, as far as sway etc..

what setup is better if u drive to the track and back 100 mile or so round trip?

thanks,

John

Bias-ply fronts don't exist. All front runners are a radial style construction. The purpose of a bias ply is to allow for wrinkling of the sidewall to aid in traction, and the absolute last thing that you would want the front tires' sidewall to do is wrinkle or distort.

That's not to say that all front runners are DOT approved for road use, but they all use a radial construction.

my bad did not know,

i have the m&h dot front runners on greg weld 17*4.5 and 16*7 pnys back with hooser qtp 26*9.5

got them from leathal performeance.

so does it matter if u run the dot, or drag radilals front runners up front as far as driving on the street or to the track and back?
