Regarding the tune. I'm thinking factory tune is balancing act between power and the EPA folks looking out for our greater societal goodness via MPG estimates. So tune simplified pumps more gas thru injectors and to heck with MPG.
Yes it plays with timing too.
Am I mostly right or wrong?
Would 6th gear cruising at 70 be much different in MPG ?

Every tune i have had in the past actually ended up with better mpg, unless i was getting on it alot.

Was at store looking for October issue. They had September. If you don't have September - go get it.
Superb coverage of not just driving (as most mags do) but of under the skin component improvements. A keeper for my permanent file on 2013 GT500.

I found the October issue on the shelf at my local supermarket. Interesting article on some new Raybestos brakes in there too...

why do magazines do this....... it's august we still have september then october.
its like a 2014 car model year coming out right now imo.
