Noise ticket.....HELP

I need to make a "temporary" fix to my exhaust in order to fix a CHP (California Highway Pricks) noise ticket....then go back to the sweetest sound this side of New Orleans.
I don't think i'm too loud...just sweet. Anyway...I've got JBA shorties, Bassani X w/cats and Flowmasters with 4" tips.

Ideas gentlemen??

Unless the officer has a meter that he could measure the decible <sp> I don't know how the ticket can stand. That is, unless, you have to make an appearance and have them measure the "loudness" at some station. If you have the stockers, do the swap-a -roo temporarily.

I foolishly left old stockers at the muffler shop two years ago. Good idea on the decibles. I'll check the Calif. code first. He nailed me because...."I could hear you go by with my windows up". I had hit the boost between 45 and 55 mph going around a truck in the wrong lane which he ignored. The weenie did not know the sound of a blower from an exhaust. Mommy's boy.
