No oil pressure??????/

:bs:car isn't showing oil pressure, its not knocking or anything . you guys think i can just rebuild it or should i just get a new mmr long block ???

Maybe it's just your gauge. Check the odbII oil pressure pid with an xcal. Also you can use the odometer trick.

yea no signs , wasnt racing . ive only had the car for three months bought it from a svt perf member {nick wilder} aka wilderyzed ... what a f**king waste of money

Does it have oil pressure or not?
If you don't know how to test it, take it to a qualified technician or fellow hobbyist.
It can be tested in the ODO test function or with a known good test gauge screwed into one of the sending unit locations.

Piston rings have no effect on oil pressure.

Is there oil in the engine? Is it full?
