The bottom of the page is dated 2007.... I tried sending Randy an email (the person who set up the petition), asking if it was still active, but the email was rejected with the following error:
The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 5.1.1 - Invalid mailbox: [email protected] (state 14).

I have a feeling that petition is pointless at this point.....
