No Formating Functions I Post Editor

Starting today, I have no formatting options availed when posting a new post or editing and old post. Anyone else having the same problem.?

Here is what I see when trying to create a new post.

I found the problem, somehow SVT Performance was put in the compatibility mode in IE 11. Everything is working normally.

IE is a dead platform. As time goes on it is going to have more issues over a wide variety of sites.
