Well Like the title says, I got it in the car and running! The only part I am waiting on is a throttle cable, the 99 cobra one is way to short. I wanna go idle it around the block, but I never had a cobra before so I am not familier with the colling system. I got the thermostat housing and hoses, but cant find any pics or documention on where they go. PLEASE post a pic of the setup, I REALLY wanna go drive it tonight! Heres a Bunch of pics, the first is the thermostat housing I am talking about!

I used My GT fuel rails so I could stay return style and they fit perfect after welding on some brackets, the rear crossover line cleared fine, the front I welded shut and drilled and tapped for a front crossover.

I am so glad you did that. I have been trying to convince people to build a navi motor car for the longest time. Your car will be the bad ass on the streets. I would really like to see some footage once you get it up and running.

I really wish I could give you some advice as to where your thermo housing goes but I am at a loss of words from looking at your pics.

if you guys want some more info on this swap check out corral.net. there are a few 5.4 dohc cars on that site. hmmmidunno, there is a set of adapter plates that allow the use of an 01 intake on the navi heads.
good job that's the most clearance i've seen between the valve covers and the master cylinder.
there's a guy on the corral who makes over 500 hp naturally aspirated with a 5.4 dohc. there's also a guy who is building a novi 2k 5.4 dohc.
check 'em out.

I was working on it today getting the cooling system burped, and when it revs it twisted so much it cracked an A/C line. The one right between the vavle cover and strut tower. It broke it almost in half!

You know I was thinking about that, but now that you said the line cracked I know for sure that solid motor mounts are the way to go.
