I got ngk br7 cause i heard a lot good from them i got a 01 Ford lightning Intake , exaust & pulleys coming next what gap should i do on them please & thank you
As I stated in your other thread, run OEM heat range plugs at OEM boost. You will see no gains from changing plugs to a colder range without the needed boost. The 7 range plug is way beyond what you need on a stock motor.
TR5 or the OEM motorcraft plug for stock boost
TR6 for pretty much any boost you'll run on a stock motor.
