Ngk br7 plugs need help

I got ngk br7 cause i heard a lot good from them i got a 01 Ford lightning Intake , exaust & pulleys coming next what gap should i do on them please & thank you

TR6s would probably be better for your setup. BR7s are usually used on built motors running a lot of boost.

Also need to know how much boost you're running but you can gap them at .032-.034

Ohh i see ! How much do those run for? So dont run those br7s on my truck then? & mines running a little over 10 pounds of boost

As I stated in your other thread, run OEM heat range plugs at OEM boost. You will see no gains from changing plugs to a colder range without the needed boost. The 7 range plug is way beyond what you need on a stock motor.

TR5 or the OEM motorcraft plug for stock boost
TR6 for pretty much any boost you'll run on a stock motor.

Stock boost .040 gap
6lb lower .036 gap

Better get used to changing plugs if you run the BR7's.

As stated, go with the TR6's.

I've ran both plugs, 20lbs of boost, and my truck likes the 6's better.
