New TOB and Sleeve or just a new TOB?

My TOB started chirping after my clutch cable popped off the quadrant during a pass so I’m going to replace it. I’ve got a Lethal sleeve in there, but should I replace it at the same time? They’re supposed to be pretty stout, but I wasn’t sure if it’s one of those things that should be done as a combo.

If you've already upgraded to a bullet sleeve there should be no need to ever replace it, unless it's damaged.
