Installed new plugs today but forgot the anti sieze. Should I pull them out and add some to the threads? What torque specs are the plugs?

I would use anti-seize if it's not a hassle for you. Otherwise you should be okay. You can always use it next time you change plugs. I tightened mine about 1/4 turn, too.

TR-6 irridiums say 1/16th of a turn past seating.

Always use antisieze when putting something together that is dissimilar metals. Corrosion rates are increased due to the electrical generation between two unlike metals. Its especially bad between aluminum (heads) and steel (SP threads).
