Not your rpm's....your combo of gearing and tire is putting you right at the 60ft. timing cones when you shift.....your 60ft. times aren't reflecting how hard your car is launching but your final ET and MPH sure are!! Taller tires and play around with the launch RPM and you will see easy 1.4 60fts.

I would think it would be easier to change out the tires than the gears. 140 mph is hauling with 4.10 gears.

Well I'm going with a tire change so If anyone is interested in a set of slicks with about 4 passes on them, let me know. These things are almost brand new.... I should have them up on the marketplace here shortly.

One of the guys at the track running those 28" tires had the driver side push into the rocker panel on a launch. I would be careful with the taller ones.
