New PB 2.80 upper + bolt ons

The day started out kinda shaky, first pass of the I broke the driver side half-shaft... It was my first time out on a new clutch, and had some wheel hop on the launch and snap couldn't get out of it quick enough. It was a learning experience.
It started rough but ended well:rockon: Here's my best pass of the day

You had some good passes yesterday. Especially with a new clutch and tire setup! I'm so glad I had an axle and you could keep racing! This pass was a nice way to end the day!:rockon:

I'm glad we always go prepared! I need to find some more stock half-shafts just to have. You did really well too. Wish we could have gotten at least one more pass in after the sun went down, I think you would have hit that 121mph with the better air.

Thanks to all, It still has more let in it I just need to get some more seat time on the new clutch/tire set up. Yes we got all of them on vid, I think Justin is working on one!!

I'm on the stock 17x9, the tire is 28x10x17 Hoosier slick

Thanks. Yes the car is full weight and I weigh around 170 lbs. Next time out i'm going to pull the front sway bar, to try to bring the 60ft down some.

28" and 3.55's - that is an unusual combo for your hp isn't it?

seems like that'd be a relatively low rpm at the traps as compared to say 28"/4.10's or 26"/3.55's? do you know what rpm you are trapping at

Haha funny you say something about it I was still in 3rd in the 1/4 it felt so weird not shifting to 4th 6400-6500 rpms through the traps. My best mph of the day was 123.05.

That trap speed is incredible for a no port/lower car!
